Do you ever feel like you are going through your life with no sense of direction? Like nothing you do in a day helps that thing you are dreaming of? Whether it's the relationship with your partner, a career goal, a fitness goal, a dream of moving to a little cabin in the forest, or saving the world-- your habits are a direct result of what you see in your life.
That means it's time to pay attention.

This is the exact four-step process I've used for the past 15 years.
I used it to move from Sweden to Los Angeles, to leave my abusive ex, to leave my job as a bank teller/nanny/assistant buyer/retail; I've used it when I've felt confused about romantic partners, friendships, and my most recent-- my decision to move cross-country.
